While it’s not a vegan restaurant, Red Cow offers plant-based burger options and bowls and is accommodating with dairy-free modifications. 

We like Red Cow for date nights or dinners where everyone wants something different. Vegans can enjoy a satisfying entree while non-vegans have the rest of the menu to choose from- LOL. But seriously, it’s a great stop for parties with mixed dining preferences.

Vegan tip: confirm bun and sauce ingredients for a fully vegan meal. They’re great at modifying other meal options. 

Crave

Located inside Hotel Indigo, Crave offers a polished dining experience with a menu that includes vegan-friendly options, including plant-based sushi and customizable dishes. It’s a good choice when you’re looking for something slightly upscale or dining downtown.

While not everything is vegan, we’ve found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful when ordering plant-based, making Crave a dependable option for vegans who want variety. They also utilize Minnesota’s own Herbivorous Butcher products for their vegan meat-free meat options.
