Instant Pot Now that we know how to use the Instant Pot, we’re not afraid to use it! It’s so great to throw a meal together in a short amount of time.
This pan from Sur La Tab is our go-to pan and it’s great because since we no longer cook with oil, our food does not stick in this pan!
Vitamix A3500 This blender is a big purchase but we feel it’s well worth it. We use the Vitamix several times a week to make oil-free hummus, nice cream, queso cheese and more!
