The Coffee Hag
Not only will you get a great cup of coffee at the Coffee Hag but they also have some vegan options in their cooler. Typically, it’s a delicious peanut noodle option. We don’t often find vegan sweets. They also have almond and soy milk alternatives if you like a fun coffee drink. Vegan Pizza in Mankato, MN
Dino’s Pizzeria
Dino’s doesn’t list vegan pizza on the menu but they do offer vegan cheese. We suggest the Farmers Market pizza which has a red sauce, spinach mushrooms, onions, black olives, green peppers, and tomatoes. You will need to request vegan cheese to replace the mozzarella. There is an upcharge for vegan cheese. Heads up they go heavy on the vegan cheese (and it’s not great tasting anyway). Our preference is to order the Farmers Market with no cheese.
Another option is Mutch’s Pizza which is red sauce, spinach, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, black olives, and dill weed. Omit the feta & mozzarella and substitute the vegan cheese (for an upcharge). There are no vegan appetizers or desserts to choose from at Dino’s.

Jakes’ Stadium Pizza
In our opinion, Jake’s Stadium Pizza offers the best vegan pizza in Mankato. They have a Vegan BBQ Chicken or Vegan Taco Pizza. The taco pizza only has lettuce as a topping so we like to order this as takeout to add our favorites at home- tomato, diced onion, and black olives. Jake’s vegan topping options are vegan chicken, soy chorizo, vegan beef crumbles, vegan mozzarella, and vegan cheddar cheese so you could potentially modify other pizzas!
Toppers Pizza
This Mankato Vegan Guide is focusing on non-chain but we do mention Toppers Pizza because vegans know how difficult it can be to get a vegan pizza! They do switch up their vegan pizzas. At the time this blog post was written the vegan options include the vegan buffalo chicken-less topper, a vegan pesto Margherita, Beyond Meat chicken tenders, and Veganstix.
