Galactic Pizza in Uptown is Out of This World

Thanks to our Instagram feed, we have a very long list of places we wish to eat. Galactic Pizza has been on our list and we’re happy to report it met our expectations! One reason we’ve wanted to check out Galactic Pizza is that they offer meat & dairy-free pizza. Without a doubt, the Minnesota State Fair is synonymous with food. Check out this all the new foods that will be available at the State Fair this year. Darn Good Meal – Pig Ate My Pizza

We took an opportunity to eat at Pig Ate My Pizza when we met friends for dinner who were visiting from Texas. We arrived a few minutes early and got a lay of the land. Fun, rustic layout. Large wooden tables all set up with ice waters served in mason jars awaited dinner guests. The chalkboard menu was repeated on all the walls so you can easily catch a glimpse from your table.
